Daniel and Lewis Celebrate at the Awards Night held at The Pier in Geelong

Lewis Mansfield has been working as an Apprentice at Gangi Electrics since 2016. Currently in his 4th year, Lewis is studying Certificate III in Electrotechnology and was recently nominated for the LICENSED TRADE APPRENTICE AWARD at the recent Gordon Awards for Excellence held on 21st February at The Pier in Geelong. We are very proud to announce that Lewis won the award!

Around 300 guests attended the event which recognises students who have attained the highest standards and display outstanding commitment to training, community involvement and leadership.

This is what Lewis had to say when he was nominated:

“I have been living in Geelong for just over two years after recently relocating from the UK. I started my career in the electrical industry in New Zealand as an electrician’s trade assistant. With that experience, I realised it was the industry I wanted to work in. Ever since a young age I had a keen interest in construction, problem solving, and hands on work”

Gangi Electrics is extremely proud of Lewis, and of course all employees and their dedication to their work and the Company. Without the strength of our team we wouldn’t be where we are today.
