In 1978, Sebastiano Gangi started a small electrical contracting company in Mentone, Melbourne called Gangi Electrics. Word of mouth helped grow the business into what it is today – a national force with a stellar reputation, over 15 employees and several large corporate clients.
42 years later, Gangi Electrics is continuing to grow, with the introduction of two new companies, Gangi Mitigation & Maintenance and Gangi Germicidal Systems. Along with Gangi Electrics, these two companies are a part of the newly formed Gangi Group.

The Gangi Group is 100% family run, just like Gangi Electrics was many decades ago. Today, Sebastiano’s sons and daughter operate the business, with the same diligent, reliable, customer-first ethos. We might have old school values but we’re moving with the times and offering forward-thinking technologies and innovations to solve our client’s problems.
In the future, Gangi Electrics will continue to operate as usual, retaining all our clients and personnel, but we’ll also be able to offer the expertise of our two new companies.
